Return Policy

At Gloviea, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help.

Shipping Damage

Our mirrors are carefully packaged and shipping damage is rare.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging
  • An unpacking video (recommended for faster claim processing)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

Warranty & Quality Issues

All Gloviea products include a 2-year warranty:

  • 1-Year Worry-Free Coverage
  • Additional 1-Year Limited Warranty

If your product has a quality issue, please email a short video showing the problem to:

Once confirmed as a product defect, we will provide a replacement unit or other suitable resolution.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Installed or used products are not eligible for return.

For returns not related to product defects or shipping damage, restocking and return shipping fees may apply.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

Once shipped, orders fall under the standard return policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
